Rocco Milluzzo, CEO of Romiltec, has been working since 2015 on the systems that hold up real editorial sites and multi-site networks: provisioning, monitoring, performance tuning, security, and emergency handling when something breaks at midnight.
It’s in this daily work, alongside newsrooms, CTOs and technical leads of editorial groups, that the problem Tech Performance solves stopped being a hunch and became measurable evidence: keeping a mission-critical tech stack in capable hands requires SRE skills newsrooms don’t have and generic hosting providers don’t offer. A ticket isn’t enough. You need a team that actually knows the customer’s product.
In 2023, Rocco founded Romiltec S.r.l., an innovative startup based in Calcinaia (PI), Italy, dedicated to building SaaS products, AI integrations and cloud infrastructure, both as proprietary products and in partnership with clients.
Tech Performance is Romiltec’s managed-operations product. Cloud orchestration tailor-made, performance, h24 monitoring, multi-layer security, orchestrated updates. The same operating model, from the local outlet to the HA cluster at millions of monthly visits. Proprietary technology and a real team that follows you from the first audit to the day-to-day.
